Own delivery of cash conversion targets, reduction of overdue balances, and minimization of bad debt.
Champion process standardization, optimization, and automation across regions and divisions.
Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Act as escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, and external partners.

Bachelor's Degree holder
8+ years of leadership experience in OTC operations
Proven track record in transforming and optimizing global OTC processes
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link OTC performance to business outcomes
Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations with global process ownership exposure
Deep understanding of ERP systems and automation technologies
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
Strong project and change management experience across cross-functional teams
