Contribute to and facilitate the adoption of agile practices across the organization;
Coordinate and facilitate the daily Scrum;
Plan and facilitate retrospectives for multiple teams, possibly distributed across more than one site;
Manage the product backlog with the Product Owner and the team;
Facilitate the prioritization and estimation of backlog items;
Identify activities and critical paths, and ensure communication, development, execution, and escalation;
Remove blocking impediments or issues that slow down teams and manage conflicts;
Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative team environment to help increase productivity, creativity, and foster innovation;
Coach team members on agile principles and best practices;
Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams;
Ensure visibility of team progress and risks to management.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience implementing agile practices at a ministry or government agency for a period of more than six (6) months
Hold a Scrum Master certification
