Role Overview
- Build and install telecommunications equipment on customer job sites
- Perform testing and assist with related tasks under supervision
- Assist in performing jobsite system tests
- Troubleshoot site issues as they arise
- Route cabling including coax and fiber optic cable
- Perform basic crane signaling
- Clean and organize jobsites, tools, and crew trucks
Requirements
- 0-1+ years’ experience as a Telecommunications Tower Technician or other construction role
- Valid certifications and licensing: Competent Climber & Rescue, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, Radio Frequencies, Blood Borne Pathogens, DOT Health Card
- Working knowledge of construction, quality, safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel overnight up to 75% of the time (Required)
