Set clear goals, hypotheses, and success measures, ensuring the team prioritises work that delivers the greatest impact.
Lead product discovery, identifying customer pain points, validating opportunities, and shaping strategy using customer insight and competitive intelligence.
Turn data into insight by conducting research, analysing usage and market trends, and synthesising findings to maintain a customer‑centric focus.
Work closely with engineering, data, and design, advocating for your product and supporting effective delivery.
Communicate product plans, progress, and trade‑offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders, building long‑term strategic relationships.
Adopt AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity, analyse usage, explore opportunities, and accelerate PRDs, specifications, and early prototypes.
Contribute to ENSEK’s wider product community, sharing learning and helping raise the standard of product practice.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager working in ambiguous, evolving environments, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C SaaS business.
Strong communication skills, able to bring stakeholders along through testing, iteration, and learning.
Experience using data, experimentation, and hypothesis‑led approaches to inform decisions.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, design) and influencing without direct authority.
Strong design intuition and UX/UI awareness, with experience prototyping or shaping early solutions.
Interest in AI tooling, with experience using them to accelerate product development.
