Architect and design hybrid infrastructure solutions across on-prem and Azure environments
Design and implement VMware-based platforms (vSphere, vSAN, NSX) within Dell infrastructure
Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, including migrations and modernization
Optimize environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Define and implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
Provide expert input on complex and high-risk infrastructure initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in infrastructure architecture and delivery

5+ years of proven experience in infrastructure architecture and hybrid cloud environments
Strong expertise in VMware ecosystem (vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN)
Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, governance, hybrid setups)
Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies (PowerEdge, VxRail, PowerStore, or similar)
Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, ExpressRoute, load balancing)
Experience with automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, or similar)
Experience working within complex enterprise environments
Relevant certifications (VMware, Azure, or Dell) are an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
