Create and maintain quality instructions, control plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
Ensure inspection methods and tools are in place, documented, and effectively used.
Prepare and update process control plans for production lines.
Develop quality test tasks for production operators to boost first-time-right results.
Apply preventive actions to avoid production issues before they happen.
Requirements
2+ year of experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of inspection methods (incoming inspections, control plans, process checks).
Skills in data analytics and reporting to help spot trends and root causes.
Experience creating quality documentation and process instructions.
Ability to read and adjust technical drawings when needed.
Familiarity with problem-solving tools like 5 Whys, FMEA, or RCA.
Clear communicator — especially when it comes to technical and quality requirements.
Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem prevention.
Adaptable and curious—comfortable learning new standards and methods.
