Partner with Digital Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Salesforce.com Administrators to design and drive the execution and delivery of products
Partner with Solution Architects to drive the definition and execution standards for designing new solutions
Definition and execution of best-practices and see that they are adopted and practiced by the development team(s)
Design and implement scalable and testable solutions utilizing native Salesforce functionality. (APEX, SOQL, Visualforce Lightning Web Components, etc.)
Lead conversations around code reviews with other engineers, and administrators to provide constructive feedback to help grow the team
Design and Implement Integrations of Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems
Bring an excitement and passion to building a world-class salesforce team and application
Work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc in a fast-paced agile environment

6+ years of Salesforce engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline required or equivalent work experience
Expertise with Salesforce development languages (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce)
Strong Salesforce Lightning implementation experience
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and CRM workflows
Expertise with GIT
Expertise with Salesforce CLI to manage metadata and deployment
Proficiency with Copado or other Salesforce specific DevOps/CI/CD tools
Experience designing Salesforce integration strategies
Expertise in understanding of Salesforce limits and when to use Clicks over Code – and how to develop using “clicks”
Expertise with Test Automation within Salesforce
Proven ability to design and contribute as an Engineer with code or declarative features
Experience with applicant tracking systems – especially Bullhorn
