Support the regional purchaser and team lead with procurement activities
Prepare documentation for tenders (including technical and commercial documents)
Prepare commercial discussions with new suppliers, including NDA execution and supplier pre-assessment evaluations
Issue and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) with suppliers
Perform price analysis and evaluation
Manage SAP deliverables (purchasing info records and price updates)
Support contract closing (preparation and signatures)
Monitor department KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, etc.)
Manage supplier and master data (vendor creation and updates)

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Portuguese and highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
Spanish is desirable and will be needed
