Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations
Reporting directly to the Site Manager
Ensure aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Provide leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
Assist in supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations
Serve as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager
Maintain operational continuity and coordinate with Government stakeholders
Monitor performance trends, identify operational risks, and assist in implementing corrective actions
Requirements
U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures
Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations
Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
