Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations
- Reporting directly to the Site Manager
- Ensure aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Provide leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
- Assist in supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations
- Serve as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager
- Maintain operational continuity and coordinate with Government stakeholders
- Monitor performance trends, identify operational risks, and assist in implementing corrective actions
Requirements
- U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
- Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures
- Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations
- Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
