Role Overview
- Develop and execute test plans (functional, integration, performance)
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Validate deliverables before production rollout
- Write user and technical documentation (guides, procedures, FAQs)
- Design and deliver training for users and administrators
- Support users in adopting the solutions
- Provide post-deployment support (level 1 and 2)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes
- Collaborate with development, data, and product teams
- Implement quality monitoring tools and metrics
Requirements
- Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, technical communication, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance, support, or documentation
- Experience in software testing and functional validation
- Excellent writing and simplification (ability to explain complex topics clearly)
- Comfortable providing training and supporting users
- Strong customer service orientation and listening skills
- Demonstrates rigor, organization, and autonomy
- Proficient in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
Preferred knowledge (assets)
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
- Knowledge of web, data, or IoT environments
- Experience in technical writing or training
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in application support or customer service
- Familiarity with digital twin platforms or complex systems
