Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Champion programs that foster inclusion, celebrate diversity, and build strong connections across teams
Organize events, recognition activities, and engagement campaigns
Oversee daily office operations to maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient space
Manage vendor relationships and office services
Play a key role in delivering a positive candidate-to-employee experience
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards
Drive smooth HR operations by maintaining compliance and championing process improvements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

2 years of relevant experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, or talent management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
Enthusiasm for leveraging digital tools and HR technologies to enhance people practices
