Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
Reviews the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggests ways to improve retention
Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggests ways to improve
Works with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division

Must live in Tennessee
Have Agency Experience
Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
Effective verbal and written communications with company staff
Must be flexible and organized
Ability to interact with a wide range of people
Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality
Must be tech-savvy

Must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with our company laptop.
