Provider Performance/Analytics Program Manager

Role Overview

• Support and lead high-impact, enterprise-level programs
• Improve provider quality performance and patient outcomes through data-driven strategies
• Partner with executive leadership, quality, analytics, IT, and provider-facing teams
• Design, scale, and operationalize initiatives that advance value-based care
• Optimize performance metrics and deliver measurable ROI
• Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process
• Maintain detailed project documentation including action items and risk mitigation plans
• Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources
• Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
• Provider performance and analytics driven program management and reporting highly preferred
• Familiarity with data integrations or EHR-enabled performance reporting highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
