About this role
Role Overview
- Create and edit videos for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Produce high-quality short-form content (reels, shorts, clips) tailored to each platform
- Collaborate with the team to understand each client’s brand, voice, and messaging
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to every piece of content
- Stay updated with trends across social media platforms and adapt content accordingly
- Maintain consistent quality and originality in all outputs
- Contribute ideas and creative direction to campaigns
- Grow with the company, with potential to be part of a larger content team (scaling from 1 to 5 editors)
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, reels, or short-form videos
- Proficiency across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Full-time availability (8 hours per day)
- Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles—not just editing skills
- Creative mindset with a proactive, experimental approach
- Strong work ethic and initiative (“hustle mentality”)
