Develop and improve pipelines for collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing client ticketing data for analysis and model building.
Build and improve scalable machine learning pipelines, feature engineering, etc.
Create innovative and clear data visualizations.
Reports back on findings and technical decisions to subject matter experts, stakeholders and clients.
Identify areas of improvement and new use cases of our pricing model.
Will show drive and initiative to push the core product and technology forward.
Collaborate with a cross-cutting team of executives, product managers, clients, software engineers, and data scientists.
Requirements
A master’s, or PhD degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years’ experience using advanced mathematics and/or machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
Minimum of four years’ experience with data manipulation, analysis and visualizations in Python.
Experience using data science and statistics libraries in Python. Pandas, matplotlib, and scikit-learn at minimum.
Minimum of four years’ experience with databases and software development.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to present complex technical findings to a team of subject matter experts.
