About this role
Role Overview
Maximize retention
Grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Act as the strategic point of contact for your clients
Take over from Business Developers after contract signing
Lead onboarding in coordination with operational teams
Ensure smooth and speedy service implementation
Maintain regular client follow-up (calls, QBRs, activity reviews)
Analyze logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities
Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
Identify upsell opportunities (volume, services, options) and cross-sell opportunities (transport/fulfillment)
Develop and deliver high-value recommendations
Negotiate and close contractual amendments or expansions
Relay client feedback to Product and Ops teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of the offering and processes
Help structure Account Management best practices
Monitor your KPIs (NPS, churn, expansion, revenue per client, etc.)
Maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with rigorous updates
Ensure smooth communication with internal teams
Requirements
3+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Business Development
Ideally in a logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or services environment
Strong ability to manage client accounts autonomously
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to analyze data and provide business recommendations
Comfortable with negotiation and commercial development
Organized, rigorous, and structured
