Analyze and develop concrete customer use cases for leveraging data
and AI-based IT solutions
Create practically implementable solution concepts — technical, functional, and architectural
Develop PoC, MVP, and production-ready applications on cloud and on-premise stacks
Apply modern LLM technologies: embeddings, re-ranking, prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval concepts and other methods where they increase customer value
Work closely with our architects, consultants and clients to integrate solutions into existing system landscapes
Contribute to the further development of our product lines (QI-Box, QI-Flow) and our standardized implementation process

At least 5 years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering
Very good knowledge of Python and common ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
Solid experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings and evaluation methods
Confident handling of relational databases, SQL and vector databases
Experience building robust data pipelines and basic knowledge of MLOps
Experience working with structured data (e.g., time series) and unstructured data (texts, PDFs, documents)
Experience with cloud or on-premise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of containerized deployments, API design and integrations
Structured and independent working style
Precise communication, team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Ability to explain complex technical topics to customers in an understandable way
