Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company's overall business strategy
Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
Provide strategic advice to executive management and actively support cultural and organizational change
Design and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and continuous improvement of HR systems
Establish and utilize HR metrics and decision models for data-driven management
Lead and develop the HR team and collaborate closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related matters
Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the organization
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Several years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a transforming environment
Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and the strategic alignment of modern HR structures
Excellent communication and leadership skills at executive/C-level
Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI
and data-driven management of HR processes
Strong drive to shape and lead change, enthusiasm for transformation, and a confident, engaging presence
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
