Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python
Identify manual and repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
Design and implement monitoring dashboards in Grafana for real-time system visibility
Integrate Grafana with multiple data sources (Prometheus, InfluxDB, SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, logs)
Define and implement KPIs, metrics, alerts, and thresholds aligned with business and operational needs
Collaborate with IT and OT teams to monitor infrastructure, applications, and systems
Develop and maintain data pipelines for monitoring and operational data
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and monitoring solutions
Document scripts, workflows, architectures, and dashboards to ensure maintainability
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in observability and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security guidelines, and regulated environments when applicable
Stay up to date with automation and monitoring trends and technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3–5 years of experience in automation, scripting, or software development roles
Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, modular design, error handling, logging)
Solid hands-on experience with Grafana (dashboarding, integrations, alerting)
Good understanding of monitoring and observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces, KPIs, SLIs/SLOs)
Experience with data sources such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, and SQL/NoSQL databases
Good knowledge of Linux systems and basic networking concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business/operational needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
