You are responsible for the entire employee life cycle for our approximately 20 employees in the DACH region – from recruitment through to offboarding, including continuous support and development of our employees.
You identify opportunities to further develop and optimize HR processes and implement new ideas to make HR more effective and efficient.
You act as a Business Partner and consultant for our managers and employees, helping to strengthen Qualysoft’s reputation as an attractive employer.
In cooperation with our tax advisor, you ensure that the monthly payroll is prepared on time and without errors.
You keep track of all relevant legal changes and ensure that all HR processes and conditions always comply with current legal requirements. In doing so, you work closely with our Austrian works council at all times.
You support our executive management with administrative and organizational tasks and ensure that key processes are coordinated efficiently to successfully implement company objectives.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration (BWL), HR, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position.
Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and ideally familiarity with the labor law regulations of Switzerland and Germany.
Very good German and English skills.
