Role Overview
Managing the entire payroll cycle
Producing essential employee documents
Generating RTIs and pension files
Processing HMRC and third-party payments
Fostering strong relationships with clients
Effective communication with HMRC
Creating statutory payment schedules
Performing manual calculations for starters, leavers, tax, NI, student loans, and pensions
Requirements
At least one year of payroll experience
Deep understanding of HMRC legislation and statutory payments
Proven experience in client-facing roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook
Comprehensive understanding of pension and Automatic Enrolment rules
