You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills on contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them
You act as the liaison between talents and our partners, coordinate their engagements, and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and acquire potential new partners and future formats and shows
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media or PR agency)
Interest in and a strong sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Highly creative and motivated
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
