Role Overview
- Support coordination with our in-house talents
- Source new collaboration partners, prepare proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
- Support contract and fee negotiations and develop negotiation skills
- Assist Artist Managers with concept development and content formats
- Act as a liaison between talents and partners, manage scheduling and ensure talent well-being
- Identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
- Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
- Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
