You will assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You will support the search for new collaboration partners
Over the course of the work you will learn how inquiries and offers are prepared and managed
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates and will receive initial opportunities (by agreement) to demonstrate your negotiation skills, including participating in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You will learn about contract structures in this industry, the common pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts
You will support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You will act as an interface between talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their wellbeing
You will identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners as well as future formats and shows
In the first year you will take on a supportive role and, depending on development, will be gradually introduced to more responsibilities.
Requirements
Minimum: internship, working student position and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing, e.g. at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally some experience in executing and/or designing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
