Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional sales experience. We prioritize candidates from dynamic, high-growth industries such as SaaS, Fintech, High-Risk Payments, iGaming, or Insurance. (Note: We are looking for "Hunters," not just account managers).
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Trading (Forex, CFDs, Crypto) and the Prop Trading model (evaluations, funded accounts, and payouts) is a massive advantage.
Tech Literacy: Familiarity with trading ecosystems (MetaTrader, cTrader, etc.) or complex SaaS platforms.
Communication: Native or Near-Native English proficiency. While we are open to candidates living anywhere (Dubai, Europe, APAC, etc.), the ability to engage with Western markets (UK, Ireland, Germany) is crucial.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
