Supporting the Architectural Design and Property teams across all design stages from concept to completion
Attending site visits including new site surveys for early stage viability assessments / feasibility studies, and on site DTMs during the construction phase
Coordinating the production of CGI visuals for marketing sales brochures
Assisting with the upkeep of trackers and document control
Working closely with consultants to coordinate technical elements into the designs
Assisting with planning submissions to obtain required approvals
Managing the N Design Guide specification and procurement schedule updates
Requirements
Qualification in Architecture (RIBA Part II or equivalent)/ Architectural Technology (CIAT)
2-5 years industry experience working on UK-based architectural projects (experience in the retrofit or education sector is a bonus)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite (InDesign / Photoshop), MS Office. Experience in Revit / BIM is required
Good knowledge of UK building standards, regulations and processes
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate and present clearly using verbal, written and visual techniques
Can-do attitude with a solutions-driven approach
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally between teams
