As an ICT Support Engineer, you will support our clients as a competent point of contact.
When required, you will commission client, server, and network systems on-site and cover designated helpdesk days.
You will be responsible for receiving, diagnosing, and prioritizing incidents and support requests.
You will handle these cases largely independently within the scope of your knowledge.
You can always rely on support from your team colleagues.
After a comprehensive onboarding, you will have the opportunity to gradually assume operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services.
These responsibilities include, among others, being the technical point of contact, performing maintenance, and contributing to the further development of the service.
Requirements
Swiss Federal VET Diploma in IT (Informatiker EFZ) with at least 1 year of professional experience, or suitable career changers
Broad-based IT expertise in Microsoft systems and cloud environments
Independent problem-solving through an analytical and structured working approach
Strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Knowledge of Windows Server and client systems, Remote Desktop environments, Active Directory, virtualization solutions, and IP networks
Enjoyment of direct customer contact
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
Confident written and spoken German and ability to communicate in English
Knowledge of French is an advantage
