Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Manager of Advanced Analytics to help shape and deliver our analytics strategy and roadmap.
This role is hands-on and influential, focused on designing and implementing scalable data solutions, building advanced BI capabilities, and enabling actionable insights across risk adjustment, clinical operations, quality, compliance, and cost management.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and mentor team members while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will partner with data analysts, data scientists, technology teams, and business leaders to design, implement, and optimize advanced analytics solutions that support internal and external clients.
With over a million managed lives and terabytes of healthcare data generated, your contributions will be critical to driving data-driven decision making and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field.
6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role.
Expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python.
Strong understanding of value-based care analytics, risk adjustment, quality analytics (HEDIS) utilization management, finance, and claims.
Experience working with healthcare datasets and measures such as HCC, HEDIS, and clinical analytics.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams.
Experience in managing quality improvement initiatives and member outreach programs to close care gaps.
Strong understanding of EHR, claims, and supplemental data integration for quality reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across providers, payers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.

This position is remotely based in the U.S.
The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $160,000
$170,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
