Maintain and evolve the existing portfolio of HR and Finance dashboards in Tableau.
Drive adoption of BI tools by helping stakeholders understand and use dashboards effectively.
Identify reporting gaps and build new dashboards and analytical views that support evolving business needs.
Write SQL queries and contribute to data transformations in Postgres and dbt.
Validate dashboard outputs and data sources through testing and QA processes.
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and BI solutions.
Use AI tools to accelerate SQL development, data exploration, dashboard prototyping, and analysis workflows.

Strong Tableau experience with the ability to design complex dashboards that support business decision-making.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and transformation workflows (experience with dbt or similar tools is a plus).
Strong data visualization skills and knowledge of best practices for communicating insights through dashboards.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
High attention to detail and strong focus on data quality and metric consistency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
