Ownership of our Data & Automation roadmap: You develop strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive data
and automation-driven products into implementation.
Bridge between business and tech: You translate requirements from Operations & Marketing into scalable data and automation solutions.
Tool and process ownership: You manage tools (e.g., Make, dbt, Supermetrics, Notion AI, BI tools) and ensure smooth operations.
Hands-on with technical depth: You can understand code structures, read and review code — and make small adjustments yourself (e.g., in SQL, dbt, or low-code automations).
Implement AI & automation projects: You identify automation opportunities, test new tools, and integrate AI solutions into our processes.
Reporting & governance: You ensure data quality, develop KPI frameworks, and promote data literacy across the company.

Several years of experience in Data Product Management, Analytics, Business Operations, or a related field
Strong technical foundation (SQL, API flows, automation platforms, BI tools)
Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Supermetrics, Make, Holistics, etc.)
Ability to connect technical and operational topics — you speak both languages
Interest in AI and automation — you're curious, experimental, and want to help build the future
Independent, structured working style with strong ownership
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for driving cross-functional initiatives.
