About this role
Role Overview
Participate as a member of a customer focus team
Receive, review, and monitor status of customer orders
Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues affecting on-time delivery
Communicate customer requirements and issues in production meetings
Research issues and coordinate resolution with department managers or customers
Maintain reports for issues, complaints, and corrective actions
Develop, maintain, and distribute performance reports
Analyze issues to determine trends and prepare management reports
Requirements
2 to 4 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of manufacturing process, schedules, and logistics
Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills
Good presentation, database management, and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects under tight deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
