About this role
Role Overview
Involves direct and indirect supervision of managers and employees in business management and development
Long-term planning, objective setting, policy formation, and management
Collaborates with other senior managers and establishes strategic plans
Manages budget, methods, and team employees
Conducts contract and agreement negotiations
Provides direction, guidance, and support to Sales and Operations teams
Conducts customer perception management
Coordinates all strategic account activity globally
Requirements
Ten plus years of applicable experience
A minimum of five years of management/People Leader experience
Prior Sales Management experience is desirable
Experience working with Hyperscaler and Enterprise customers on data management equipment
Strong business management skills
Very high level of business acumen
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong skills and abilities in conflict resolution
High degree of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
