Analytical Vision and Reporting: Create and maintain executive reports, performance dashboards and KPIs that translate product behavior into business metrics.
Value-Based Prioritization: Define a strategic roadmap focused on growth and monetization levers, going beyond the operational handling of squad ceremonies.
Roadmap and Squad Leadership: End-to-end product lifecycle management within the squad, ensuring refinement, backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria are 100% aligned with revenue strategy.
Business Discovery: Identify opportunities in the conversion funnel and perform market analysis to optimize the portfolio’s financial performance.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or Looker) and data analysis to support complex decision-making.
Results Focus: Continuously evaluate product success using real usage and revenue metrics—not only code delivery velocity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields.
Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in other digital product management roles.
Experience in the Credit Bureau segment or data companies, with practical knowledge of products, services and solutions from players such as Serasa, Quod, SPC or similar.
Business knowledge of credit data, customer records, scoring, data enrichment, anti-fraud, risk, eligibility, underwriting or related solutions.
Experience managing products end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and performance monitoring.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories and backlog prioritization.
Experience building, monitoring and evolving management and product dashboards, focusing on performance, usage, conversion, revenue and operational efficiency metrics.
Knowledge of defining and monitoring KPIs, product metrics and business indicators.
Experience with product and backlog management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as technology, data, commercial, operations, UX and executive stakeholders.
Analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities and support metric-driven decision-making.
Experience in requirements gathering, value-based prioritization and roadmap management.
Strong communication skills for facilitating alignments, refinements, ceremonies and executive presentations.
Experience with data-oriented products, API integrations and consumption of structured information is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.
Collaborative, organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership over the product.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution on a day-to-day basis.
Preferred experience in regulated markets, credit, financial services, data or analytics.
