Use project management and CRM tools to execute the client portfolio management process.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of MindMiners’ products and solutions to connect them to clients’ core business challenges, clearly articulating the value of the solution within their context.
Map key stakeholders and build strong relationships with them to keep them active, engaged, and continuously growing.
Conduct client onboarding and periodic training sessions with the primary goal of expanding usage and ensuring regular adoption of the product/platform.
Identify market movements and trends relevant to the client’s industry and propose new studies aligned with the client’s business objectives.
Establish clear, fluid, and assertive communication with clients, leading project management and account management with excellence.
Build strong relationships with other internal teams at MindMiners, communicating client needs to Product, Marketing, Market Research, Projects, etc., to optimize processes, remove friction, and, above all, create value in MindMiners’ delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Knowledge of market research (required).
Experience in client/agency service and relationship management.
Experience in commercial/sales roles – accustomed to sales targets and objectives.
