Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in SAP, including verification of earnings, deductions, variable payments, averages and termination calculations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and accuracy of payments.
Perform the calculation, verification and payment of social charges and taxes (FGTS – Government Severance Indemnity Fund, INSS – Social Security, IRRF – Withholding Income Tax), as well as the submission of periodic and annual ancillary obligations such as DIRF, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, Income Statements and Digital FGTS, ensuring tax and social security compliance.
Submit, monitor and resolve inconsistencies in information in eSocial and other government systems, track messaging and ensure adherence to current legal requirements.
Ensure correct configuration and maintenance of pay items, payroll events, incidences, calculation bases, benefits and compensation policies in SAP, taking into account labor, social security and tax legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
Operate and control personnel administration processes, including hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, alimony garnishments, payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans), electronic timekeeping, working hours, overtime and time bank, in compliance with the CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws) and collective bargaining agreements (CCTs).
Manage labor provisions (vacation, 13th salary, bonuses and other liabilities), perform payroll accounting reconciliations and support the Accounting and Finance teams during monthly closings.
Support internal and external audits, labor inspections and periodic compliance validations, conducting preventive analyses and mitigating labor risks and liabilities.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives for personnel administration processes, support global mobility projects, prepare HR metrics and management reports, providing analytical support to leadership and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
Experience with payroll and personnel administration routines.
Experience providing support to employees.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with SAP.
Familiarity with labor legislation.
Spanish language proficiency.
