Act as a product specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s (GMI) datafeed solutions, assisting sales and ensuring clients effectively understand, ingest, and utilize our data.
Deploy and configure feed solutions at client sites, collaborating with internal and client technical support to ensure seamless integration within their environment.
Deliver comprehensive training to clients, enabling them to maximize value from our content and platforms, directly contributing to subscription retention.
Identify opportunities to expand the use of our feed solutions within client organizations and provide feedback to product teams to inform enhancements and new product development.
Serve as a primary regional contact for clients, gathering insights on their applications, content needs, and technical environments to proactively support their success and identify potential for additional sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution.
2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Product Specialist in a similar role.
Proficiency in database query languages like SQL or programming languages such as Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
External candidates who reach the final interview stage must attend at least one in-person interview at the nearest S&P Global office.
