Lead data analysis initiatives, generate strategic insights, and support data-driven decision making. This person will play a key role in turning data into business value.
Lead short
and medium-term planning meetings and consensus sessions, manage conflicts, and keep focus on strategic guidelines.
Lead strategic inventory management and identify primary opportunities for control and reduction.
Build and distribute inventory reports and sales monitoring reports.
Develop dashboards and executive reports (e.g., Tableau). Participate in the creation, validation, structuring, and updating of these reports.
Partner with business areas to understand requirements and propose analytical solutions.
Support initiatives to foster a data-driven culture within the company.
Structure information sources for the creation of recurring and ad-hoc analyses and KPIs.
Identify opportunities and risks in the Demand and Supply Plan, acting to capture or mitigate them. Drive continuous improvement of the process with a focus on implementing tools and technologies to enhance Demand Planning, Inventory, and Supply functions.
Support the monthly S&OP cycles by contributing analyses and consolidating information from the involved areas.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
MBA or Postgraduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Management is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management and integrated planning.
Knowledge of databases (SAS and SQL).
Experience in data modeling.
Ease with data manipulation and analysis.
Advanced Excel (VBA programming desirable).
Programming skills such as Python are desirable.
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders across the supply chain.
Strong analytical ability (data-driven) and comfort with numbers.
Knowledge of management and data analysis tools, such as BI and Tableau.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
