Manage the annual IT budget and lead negotiations with hardware/software vendors;
Establish and enforce corporate IT policies and environment standards;
Plan and improve IT infrastructure and service delivery;
Ensure all employees receive fast, effective IT support via the Jira helpdesk;
Lead cross-platform data migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace);
Implement AI and automation tools to streamline manual workflows;
Manage all employee SaaS subscriptions and access permissions;
Manage MDM solutions and maintain a full hardware/software inventory;
Conduct data audits and internal investigations to ensure corporate compliance (e.g. ISO 27001).
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a Head of IT support / IT Operations Lead (or similar) role;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments;
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services;
Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management;
Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives;
Team management experience;
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach;
Experience in automating business processes;
Advanced English language and Ukrainian language.
