About this role
Role Overview
Manage an assigned portfolio of small and medium-sized clients and accounts, promoting, negotiating and selling the product: Concrete, following established strategies and meeting the results set in the annual business plan targets, while providing input for production and sales forecasts and business sustainability studies.
Prepare proposals according to identified needs, perform follow-up and agree on deal closings with clients within parameters defined by management.
Prospect potential clients locally and beyond, identify business opportunities, maintain contact with decision-makers and present products with the objective of expanding the customer base.
Advise clients, providing support through to product delivery by identifying their needs, handling complaints, proposing corrective measures and solutions, and expediting necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive business growth by assessing customer needs, identifying new applications, developing new products and creating tailored solutions.
Propose and participate in the preparation of projects for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quoting and negotiation to sending samples and closing deals.
Monitor the profitability of the accounts under your management, ensuring compliance with contribution margin and agreed volumes.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience in field sales operations.
Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation.
Experience in client portfolio management and prospecting new accounts.
Category B driver’s license and safe driving skills.
Availability to travel.
