8+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Excellent working and practical knowledge of commercial law
Experience defining and reviewing quality requirements, agreements, and claims
Executive presence in interactions with senior leadership
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal collaborators and legal colleagues
Eye for business and a high degree of ethics and integrity
