Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications) highly valued.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry.
Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machine learning and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
