Collaborate with engineering leadership to align resources and elevate commissioning quality across programs.
Lead commissioning planning and execution for large-scale or complex projects, including resource allocation and schedule development.
Oversee and execute FAT/SAT programs and test plan development across the portfolio, ensuring consistent methodology and quality.
Establish and enforce commissioning quality standards across all projects and programs.
Build and sustain long-term client partnerships as a trusted technical advisor at the executive and engineering levels.
Partner with senior Project Managers and the PMO on portfolio scheduling, risk management, and governance.
Coach and develop CX staff at all levels, sharing technical expertise, providing field guidance, and supporting professional growth across the commissioning team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, Associate's degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
10+ years of technical experience, including 8+ years in commissioning with a strong focus on data center environments and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-project commissioning programs across concurrent technical teams.
Established ability to manage senior client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Experience developing commissioning standards, organizational playbooks, or internal training programs.
Background in industrial automation, systems integration, or critical facilities commissioning.
PMP, CxA, or equivalent professional certification.
