Provide technical and clinical support to the sales force on complex projects (tender submissions, demonstrations, and proposal/contract presentations).
Act as the product expert for the range of connected infusion pumps and syringe pumps.
Support deployments, commissioning and optimization of solutions at customer sites.
Design and deliver training for healthcare professionals, biomedical engineering teams and hospital IT departments.
Address connectivity, interoperability and integration with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) / Electronic Patient Records (EPR).
Act as the interface between the field, internal teams (R&D, IT, Commercial) and end users.
Relay the voice of the customer and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
Requirements
Engineering or scientific/technical degree (biomedical, medical devices, electronics, medical informatics…)
Minimum 3–5 years' proven experience in medical devices, ideally with infusion systems.
Awareness of connectivity and hospital information system challenges.
Ability to interact with clinical, biomedical and IT stakeholders.
Strong field orientation, autonomy, customer-service mindset and good pedagogical/communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in English is required.
