Responsible of establish and maintain strong business partnership with our local partner and licensees, through systematic approach to gain business and commercial information, provide constructive feedback and consultation on business initiatives and short/mid
and long-term planning
Establish a clear KPI metric target and keep clear alignment with local partners to achieve Inspire goals and targets
Manage multiple stakeholders internal and external, move the needle in stuck projects
Inspire consistent operation standards; able to demonstrate and reinforce it to meet expectations
Work with cross-functional team and Direct Manager for partners/licensees to reach their business targets, grow and profitability
Influence partners/licensees on value of people development component of their business plan
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in small to medium franchisee general management or large franchisee Director of Ops experience
Fluency in communicating in English and ability to read, write & speak the language(s) in the assigned region (Korean and Japanese)
Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
Strong relationship building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
Mind set on Customer Focus
