Business Developer – Savings & Investments

Role Overview

• Own and drive deliveries within Savings & Investments (S&I) in line with customer needs, market expectations and the agreed Baltic roadmap;
• In S&I you will work with various products and processes like deposits, investment funds, investment accounts, securities accounts, settlements, tax declaration, regulatory documentation and many other things;
• You will work in an international environment and have a close collaboration inside the development team and with other professionals in respective assignments;
• You will have the opportunity to work with complex solutions for the investments area, that will expand your industry knowledge

Requirements

• Some experience and working knowledge of investment products and related processes, as well as regulatory requirements;
• Experience in business analysis, IT development, product development or project management (or a similar role) is considered an advantage;
• Drive to find and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges;
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the Baltics;
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to getting things done;
• High ownership, energy and focus on delivering customer value;
• Fluency in English, as you will work in an international team;
• Fluency in Estonian, as the role includes local specific tasks and communication.
