You coordinate and follow up on projects from the design phase through to final completion, ensuring a smooth and structured execution;
You communicate effectively with all stakeholders—such as suppliers, operations, and maintenance teams—to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
You proactively identify potential risks and take initiative to implement appropriate solutions;
You regularly report on project progress and performance, keeping all relevant parties informed;
In addition, you actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimize processes and enhance overall project delivery.

Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a technical bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience
Some first experience in a project environment is a plus
You show a proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership, and you are able to stay resilient while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
You have a strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the flexibility to travel within a reasonable distance to client sites
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
