Role Overview
- Orchestrate the global supply chain for Formula E, ensuring ethical and efficient operations
- Lead, advise, and manage the acquisition of allocated global packages
- Manage the end-to-end tender process; drive strict discipline into every deal
- Collaborate closely with Race Procurement Managers and internal stakeholders to identify scale opportunities
- Introduce management frameworks and enforce performance monitoring for suppliers
- Create adaptable toolkits for risk mitigation and stay ahead of market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as an expert leading end-to-end procurement and supply chain management for global packages
- Understanding of the nuances of international service environments and a demonstrated track record of championing sustainability within a corporate ecosystem
- Master of "best and final" offers; skilled in drafting complex contract documents
- Advanced digital procurement systems knowledge; managing NDAs, PQQs, global procurement trackers
- Confident, high-energy presence; adept at navigating ambiguity
- Excellent analytical skills; proactive in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
