Role Overview
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services built primarily in Go
- writing code alongside the team and sharing best practices through your day-to-day work,
- Guiding and mentoring a small team of engineers in their day-to-day work and career growth,
- Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively,
- Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance,
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers,
- 5+ years of designing highly scalable and highly available systems, most of it in Go,
- You take pride in your engineering practices,
- Quality and documentation are not an afterthought for you,
- You are a good communicator and fluent in English.
Bonus points if you have previous mobile experience.
