Role Overview
- Manage the sale of products through distribution and retail channels across the Surat And Vadodara area
- Provide market insights to estimate product demand
- Execute sales promotion plans through field activation
- Monitor distributor performance and propose new partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, OTC, or Retail sales
- Deep understanding of the Vadodara/Surat market environment
- Experience managing independent representatives, distributors, or agents
- Ability to assist leadership in planning and executing complex sales promotion plans
- Data-driven approach to sales performance tracking
