Build and maintain financial models, including operating models, DCF analyses, comparable company analyses, precedent transaction analyses, etc.
Create polished and compelling presentation materials for clients, prospects, and internal leaders
Help coordinate and execute transactions, including leading due diligence efforts, data room management, etc.
Lead the firm’s internal research function, including maintaining company databases
Build and develop relationships both externally and within different divisions of CAA
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic performance
1+ years of relevant experience including: investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development experience
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and business writing skills
Proficient in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and creation of presentation materials
Experience with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, FactSet, etc.)
High degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner against strict deadlines
Ability to thrive in a boutique/smaller sized firm
Resourceful self-starter with outstanding work ethic
